Return Policy
For online order returns through Oregon Badminton Academy pro-shop please contact us (within 24 hours of receiving your product).

For in-store purchases in our pro-shop based on product inspection we will determine if product is unused or not. If determined unused and is in a brand new condition we will allow exchanges or refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return if the product is unused within 14 days of its delivery date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 14 days of the shipment date. The following exceptions to this policy apply:
(a) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new, cannot be returned;
(b) items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged;
(c) If all manufacturers parts including product manuals are not returned in whole by return deadline product will be considered incomplete and therefor refund will not be allocated.
(d) All close-out products, SALE products and special orders are final and nonrefundable nor exchangeable.

(f) You are responsible for shipping charges (return must have tracking information and inform us the tracking information)
(g) 10% restocking fee is applicable on the returned items
(h) If there is any question as to whether an item can or cannot be returned please feel free to contact us prior to the return deadline (14 Days from delivery date).
